Volvo Penta industrial engines have a diverse scope of application. Fixed engines are used for heavy special-purpose machinery, in electric generator drives, pumps in irrigation, drainage and fire-safety systems, hydraulic systems, crushers, guillotines, etc.
The model range of Volvo Penta engines consists of engines meeting the latest exhaust emission standards and improved versions of previous models. All engines have an electronic control system ensuring an efficient monitoring over the fuel consumption and self-diagnostic and control functions.
